John Akleh

John Akleh is the Principal Broker and CEO of Sido New York and Sido Miami Real Estate, where he leads a team dedicated to investment sales, leasing, and asset management across New York and South Florida. With a background in psychology, finance, and real estate, John brings a unique perspective to client advisory and deal execution.
John began his real estate career at the age of 18 and has since advised and managed properties in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Miami. He earned his degree in Psychology from Syracuse University and his Master’s in Real Estate Finance from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. Early on, he gained valuable brokerage experience with Marcus & Millichap before taking on leadership roles at City Solutions and Area New York.
In 2015, John co-founded Sido New York Real Estate with his brother William, naming the firm in honor of their father’s entrepreneurial legacy. Today, John oversees operations in both New York and Miami and is licensed in New York and Florida (Miami). He continues to represent landlords, tenants, and investors, offering strategic insight into complex transactions while maintaining long-standing client relationships.

William Akleh
William Akleh is a highly accomplished professional with a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance from Baruch College and a Master's degree in Finance and Investments from Baruch's Zicklin School of Business. He has a wealth of experience in the finance and real estate industry while also serving in an advisory capacity for his family's real estate portfolio in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
William started his career in finance and later transitioned into a financial and technology recruiting role before co-founding Sido New York with John. He has been instrumental in leasing over 250,000 square feet of commercial office, retail and industrial space in NYC since 2015 and has quickly established himself as one of the top Tenant Rep Brokers in the industry.
Furthermore, William has also built strong relationships within the not-for-profit community, having worked with organizations such as the Stonewall Foundation, ACRIA, Post Graduate Center for Mental Health, Athlete Ally, and Bard College.
