• John Akleh

    John Akleh has a psychology degree from Syracuse University and a masters in Finance from NYU Schack Institute. He has been serving as an adviser and managing director of several properties in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Miami since 18 years old.

    Once graduating from Syracuse University, John took classes at CUNY and NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate to continue focusing on both psychology and finance.

    At the same time, he took an internship and assistant position with the current Vice President of Marcus and Millichap in the New York Branch for one year.

    John decided to officially get his Real Estate License in 2010 and went to work for City Solutions and Area New York, where he oversaw the commercial division for both sister companies located on Water Street.
    Once John contract expired he decided to open Sido New York with his brother William and named the company after their father Elias’s and Family Restaurant Business.

    He currently maintains his adviser role and is CEO of Sido New York Real Estate.

    He has also been licensed in the state of Florida since March 2020.

    Furthermore, William has also built strong relationships within the not-for-profit community, having worked with organizations such as the Stonewall Foundation, ACRIA, Post Graduate Center for Mental Health, Athlete Ally, and Bard College. His commitment to giving back to the community and his passion for real estate make him a valuable asset in the industry.
